  8:00PM 10:00PM Play "A Walk In The Woods"   At Vintners Cellar, 1700 California Street. Two negotiators, a Soviet and an American, step away from the table in Geneva to take a walk in the woods. Tickets are 16 dollars.
 
  9:00AM 12:00PM Kids Bike Rodeo   At Turtle Bay Elementary School, 1330 Arboretum Drive. A safety skills event where cans can get their helmets properly fitted, bicycles checked, practice their skills and learn safety tips. Also features a short ride on the River Trail To Walk This Way at Turtle Bay.
 
  9:00AM 3:00PM Walk This Way At Turtle Bay   At Turtle Bay Exploration Park, 840 Auditorium Drive. Features healthy cooking demonstrations, health screenings, nutrition information, food samples, arts and crafts, games and activities for kids of all ages. Walk the extra mile and park at Turtle Bay's McConnell Gardens West Gate, or walk the Dana to Downtown trail and receive a Healthy Shasta water bottle, while supplies last. Admission is FREE.
 
  10:00AM 1:00PM Used Book Sale   At Redding Library, 1100 Parkview Drive. Gently used books include hardbacks and trade paperbacks for 50 cents, paperbacks for 25 cents, and kids books five for a dollar.
 
  4:00PM 7:00PM Concert on the Lawn, Jim Dyar Band   At Cedar Crest Vineyards, 32505 Forward Road, in Manton. Bring a lawn chair and blanket. Admission is 10 dollars and includes a glass of wine. Must be 21 and older.
 
  4:30PM 10:00PM Harvest Fest--Bids Bites and Brews   At Shasta College Farm, 11555 Oregon Trail. Features horse and wagon tours of the Shasta College Farm and student projects, locally grown food, beer and wine, live music, a silent auction, and display booths. Proceeds benefit the farm. Tickets are 25 dollars in advance, 35 the day of the event.
 
  6:00PM 9:00PM Fifth Annual Bark and Wine   At Red Lion Inn, 1830 Hilltop Drive. Cost is 35 to 195 dollars. Features wine tasting from local vintners, music, drawings, hors d'oeuvres, and a live auction. The 195 dollars tickets are VIP, which include an overnight stay, among other amenities.
